What is an active decision?

An active decision is a product question you are currently working through in Vantage. When you are done, archive it and use that space for the next decision.

$49 is less than 0.5% of a $10,000 product commitment. If Vantage helps you change, delay, or avoid one bad inventory, research, packaging, or production decision, the math is pretty simple.

Enterprise plans with SSO, custom decision volume, and governance are available. Get in touch. Genuinely expensive work (commissioned consumer research, premium external data, expert review) is quoted separately rather than bundled into a seat price.

Questions

Do evidence updates cost extra?

No. Every plan, including Free, includes unlimited evidence and unlimited re-analysis. The price is for how many products you're actively deciding on, not for how much you use the tool on each one.

What's the difference between Free and Starter?

Free runs the same category-specific analysis on one active product: evidence, inference, assumption, and a current recommendation. Starter adds outcome capture and full decision-version history, so what you decided and what actually happened stay connected over time instead of only ever showing the latest call.

Is consumer research included?

Bringing your own evidence and directional (modeled) validation are both included and clearly labeled as such. Commissioned respondent research, premium external data, and expert review are quoted separately, since those have real third-party costs.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Is this only for new product launches?

No. It works the same way for reformulations, repackaging, pricing changes, claim changes, and channel expansion. The lifecycle stages fit any decision about an existing physical product, not only a first launch.
